The immunogen is located within amino acids 200-230 of IRF7.
Mouse IRF7 has one isoform (457aa, 51kD) and Rat IRF7 also has one isoform (456aa, 51kD).
8991 can detect human isoforms and mouse, and possibly can detect rat.
