Preparation and Storage
The antibodies are stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C. The antibodies can be stored at 2 degree C - 8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freezing-thawing cycles.

NOS oxidizes a guanidine nitrogen of arginine releasing nitric oxide in the form of a free radical and citrulline. Notric oxide thus generated acts as a messenger in diverse functions including vasodilation neurotransmission, anti-tumor and anti-pathogenic activities.
