Testing Data

(HEK293 lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to membrane and probed with MBS622059 (1:500). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates MBS622059 (~17kD).)

Product Notes

The HIST1H3A hist3h3 (Catalog #AAA6480716) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Histone H3, acetylated (Lys9) (MaxLight 405) reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Histone H3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Dot Blot (DB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP). WB: 1:10,000. Detects acetylated histone H3 on 10ug of sodium butyrate treated HeLa cell lysates. Dot Blot: 1:1000 FC/FACS: Detected Histone H3, acetylated (Lys9) in 1x10e6 HEK293 cells Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HIST1H3A hist3h3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Histone H3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
