Rabbit ENOSF1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-ENOSF1 antibody
ENOSF1 antibody - N-terminal region
Target Description: This gene was originally identified as a naturally occurring antisense transcript to the human thymidylate synthase gene. Alternate splice variants have been described, one of which (named rTSalpha) represents an alternate 3'UTR that is complementary to t
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene can encode a mitochondrial enzyme that is thought to convert L-fuconate to 2-keto-3-deoxy-L-fuconate. This locus was originally identified as the source of antisense RNAs of the adjacent thymidylate synthase gene. Splice variants at this locus may contain an alternate 3' exon that is complementary to the 3'UTR and terminal intron of the thymidylate synthase (TS) RNA and may downregulate TS expression. Product Notes
The ENOSF1 enosf1 (Catalog #AAA3213100) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ENOSF1 antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Cow, Dog, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Yeast, Zebrafish and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ENOSF1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ENOSF1 enosf1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: MVRGRISRLS VRDVRFPTSL GGHGADAMHT DPDYSAAYVV IETDAEDGIK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ENOSF1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
