Related Product Information for anti-ENOPH1 antibody
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against ENOPH1. It was validated on Western Blot

Target Description: ENOPH1 is a bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes the enolization of 2,3-diketo-5-methylthiopentyl-1-phosphate (DK-MTP-1-P) into the intermediate 2-hydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentenyl-1-phosphate (HK-MTPenyl-1-P), which is then dephosphorylated to form the acireductone 1,2-dihydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentene (DHK-MTPene).

Uniprot Description

ENOPH1: Bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes the enolization of 2,3-diketo-5-methylthiopentyl-1-phosphate (DK-MTP-1-P) into the intermediate 2-hydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentenyl-1-phosphate (HK-MTPenyl-1-P), which is then dephosphorylated to form the acireductone 1,2-dihydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentene (DHK- MTPene). Belongs to the HAD-like hydrolase superfamily. MasA/MtnC family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The ENOPH1 enoph1 (Catalog #AAA3213410) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ENOPH1 antibody - middle region reacts with Cow, Dog, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Pig, Rabbit, Rat, Yeast and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ENOPH1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ENOPH1 enoph1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: TDVTREASAA EEADVHVAVV VRPGNAGLTD DEKTYYSLIT SFSELYLPSS. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ENOPH1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
