Related Product Information for anti-DGCR14 antibody
This gene is located within the minimal DGS critical region (MDGCR) thought to contain the gene(s) responsible for a group of developmental disorders. These disorders include DiGeorge syndrome, velocardiofacial syndrome, conotruncal anomaly face syndrome, and some familial or sporadic conotruncal cardiac defects which have been associated with microdeletion of 22q11.2. The encoded protein may be a component of C complex spliceosomes, and the orthologous protein in the mouse localizes to the nucleus.

Product Notes

The DGCR14 dgcr14 (Catalog #AAA6291850) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DGCR14, ID (DGCR14, DGCR13, DGSH, DGSI, ES2, Protein DGCR14, DiGeorge syndrome critical region 13, DiGeorge syndrome critical region 14, DiGeorge syndrome protein H, Protein ES2) (APC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DGCR14 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:100-500 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DGCR14 dgcr14 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DGCR14, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
