NCBI Description

This gene encodes a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases and is induced by dexamethasone. The encoded protein is an activator of G-protein signaling and acts as a direct nucleotide exchange factor for Gi-Go proteins. This gene may play a role in dexamethasone-induced alterations in cell morphology, growth and cell-extracellular matrix interactions. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2015]

Uniprot Description

RASD1: Small GTPase. Negatively regulates the transcription regulation activity of the APBB1/FE65-APP complex via its interaction with APBB1/FE65. Forms a ternary complex with CAPON and NOS1. Product Notes

The Rasd1 rasd1 (Catalog #AAA544683) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Dexras1 Antibody BIOTIN-Conjugated reacts with Bovine, Human, Monkey, Panda and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Dexras1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Dot Blot: 1:10,000 ELISA: 1:10,000 Immunoprecipitation: 1:200 Western Blot: 1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Rasd1 rasd1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Dexras1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
