Represses T-cell receptor (TCR) beta enhancer function by binding to MARbeta, an ATC-rich DNA sequence located upstream of the TCR beta enhancer. Belongs to the CUT homeobox family. 8 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
