Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse COPZ2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-COPZ2 antibody
COPZ2, CT (COPZ2, Coatomer subunit zeta-2, Zeta-2-coat protein)
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-100
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis of mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane) using MBS6010007. COPZ2 (arrow) was detected using MBS6010007.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse heart tissue using MBS6010007 followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the MBS6010007 for immunohistochemistry.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Indirect Flow cytometric analysis of U251 cells (right histogram) using MBS6010007 compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a subunit of the coatomer protein complex, a seven-subunit complex that functions in the formation of COPI-type, non-clathrin-coated vesicles. COPI vesicles function in the retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins. This gene is similar to a related family member, and the two encoded proteins form distinct isotypes of the coatomer protein complex. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
COPZ2: The coatomer is a cytosolic protein complex that binds to dilysine motifs and reversibly associates with Golgi non- clathrin-coated vesicles, which further mediate biosynthetic protein transport from the ER, via the Golgi up to the trans Golgi network. Coatomer complex is required for budding from Golgi membranes, and is essential for the retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins. The zeta subunit may be involved in regulating the coat assembly and, hence, the rate of biosynthetic protein transport due to its association-dissociation properties with the coatomer complex. Belongs to the adaptor complexes small subunit family.

Product Notes
The COPZ2 copz2 (Catalog #AAA6010007) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The COPZ2, CT (COPZ2, Coatomer subunit zeta-2, Zeta-2-coat protein) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's COPZ2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-100 Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the COPZ2 copz2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "COPZ2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
