Related Product Information for anti-CD69 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin
superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the
encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and
may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act
to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

Uniprot Description

Involved in lymphocyte proliferation and functions as a signal transmitting receptor in lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, and platelets.

Product Notes

The CD69 cd69 (Catalog #AAA9210285) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 119-148. The CD69 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD69 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD69 cd69 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD69, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
