Related Product Information for anti-Casp12 antibody
Rabbit anti caspase-12 (aa12-17) polyclonal antibody recognizes an epitope within the N-terminal region of murine caspase 12. Caspase 12 is a member of the interleukin-1 Beta converting enzyme (ICE) subfamily of caspases. Caspase 12 is ubiquitously expressed in murine tissue and is localised to the endoplasmic reticulum.

Product Notes

The Casp12 casp12 (Catalog #AAA221650) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RABBIT ANTI CASPASE-12 (aa2-17) reacts with Human, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CASPASE-12 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Paraffin*, Western Blot (WB). Immunohistology - Paraffin: Maximum Dilution: 10ug/ml; Application Note: This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Western Blotting: Minimum Dilution: 0.5ug/ml; Maximum Dilution: 1ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Casp12 casp12 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CASPASE-12, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
