• Application Notes: IHC-P: 2.5-5ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.; WB: 2.5-5ug/ml for 2hrs at RT; Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
• Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the N-terminus of human Bak protein. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic. MW of Antigen: ~24kD. Epitope: N-terminal.

• Preparation and Storage: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
