Rabbit anti-Human BACH2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-BACH2 antibody
BACH2, CT (BACH2, Transcription regulator protein BACH2, BTB and CNC homolog 2) (FITC)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot using MBS6004156 at 1:2000 Lane 1: 293T/17 whole cell lysate Lane 2: Daudi whole cell lysate Lane 3: K562 whole cell lysate Lane 4: Ramos whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20ug/lane. Secondary IgG, (H+L) (HRP) Goat Anti-Rabbit Predicted band size : 93kD Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow Cytometric analysis of MDA-MB435 cells using MBS6004156 (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody was used for the analysis.)
Testing Data
(Overlay histogram showing Ramos cells stained withMBS6004156. The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10mins) and then permeabilized with 90% methanol for 10mins. The cells were then incubated in 2% BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by MBS6004156 (1:25) for 60mins at 37 degree C. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed at 1:200 for 40mins at 37 degree C. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG1 (1ug/1x10e6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.)

Product Notes
The BACH2 bach2 (Catalog #AAA6277272) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The BACH2, CT (BACH2, Transcription regulator protein BACH2, BTB and CNC homolog 2) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's BACH2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FLISA, Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BACH2 bach2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BACH2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
