Related Product Information for anti-Nt5e antibody
CD73 is a 70kD glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked 5'-nucleotidase, known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase. It converts adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine. CD73 is expressed on subsets of T- and B-cells; mesenchymal stem cells, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It has been reported that CD73 co-stimulates T cell activation, and mediates adhesion of lymphocytes to follicular dendritic cells and endothelial cells.

Product Notes

The Nt5e nt5e (Catalog #AAA6006096) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The 5'-Nucleotidase, CT (CD73, CD73 Antigen, Ecto-5'nucleotidase, 5'-NT, eN, eNT, NT5, NT5E, NTE, Purine 5 Prime Nucleotidase) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's 5'-Nucleotidase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Nt5e nt5e for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "5'-Nucleotidase, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
