Related Product Information for anti-3/1/2015 antibody
Background/Introduction: MOSC1 (MOCO sulphurase C-terminal domain containing 1), also known as MARC1, is a 337 amino acid mitochondrial protein that is thought to function as an oxidoreductase. Existing as three alternatively spliced isoforms, MOSC1 contains one MOSC domain and binds molybdenum as a cofactor. The gene encoding MOSC1 maps to human chromosome 1, which spans 260 million base pairs, contains over 3,000 genes and comprises nearly 8% of the human genome. Chromosome 1 houses a large number of disease-associated genes, including those that are involved in familial adenomatous polyposis, Stickler syndrome, Parkinson s disease, Gaucher disease, schizophrenia and Usher syndrome. Aberrations in chromosome 1 are found in a variety of cancers, including head and neck cancer, malignant melanoma and multiple myeloma.

Product Notes

The 3/1/2015 (Catalog #AAA2529599) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MARC1 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's 3/1/2015 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). WB 1:200-1:1000 IHC 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the 3/1/2015 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "3/1/2015, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
