Mouse polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide B, 140kDa ELISA Kit | POLR2B elisa kit
Mouse DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit RPB2, POLR2B ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
POLR2B: DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Second largest component of RNA polymerase II which synthesizes mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs. Proposed to contribute to the polymerase catalytic activity and forms the polymerase active center together with the largest subunit. Pol II is the central component of the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery. It is composed of mobile elements that move relative to each other. RPB2 is part of the core element with the central large cleft, the clamp element that moves to open and close the cleft and the jaws that are thought to grab the incoming DNA template. Belongs to the RNA polymerase beta chain family.

Product Notes
The Mouse POLR2B polr2b (Catalog #AAA9326187) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9326187 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse POLR2B. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide B, 140kDa, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
