Related Product Information for PGK1 recombinant protein
Pgk1 also known as Phosphoglycerate kinase 1 is an X-linked enzyme that plays a key role in the glycolytic pathway. Pgk1 acts as a polymerase alpha cofactor protein (primer recognition protein) as a glyxolytic enzyme role. This protein catalyzes the reversible conversion of 1, 3-diphosphoglycerate to 3-phosphoglycerate during glycolysis, generating one molecule of ATP. Recombinant mouse Pgk1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The PGK1 pgk1 (Catalog #AAA5310725) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 1-4170 amino acids. AAA Biotech's PGK1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE, Control. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PGK1 pgk1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSHMSLSNK LTLDKLDVKG KRVVMRVDFN VPMKNNQITN NQRIKAAVPS IKFCLDNGAK SVVLMSHLGR PDGVPMPDKY SLEPVAAELK SLLGKDVLFL KDCVGPEVEN ACANPAAGTV ILLENLRFHV EEEGKGKDAS GNKVKAEPAK IDAFRASLSK LGDVYVNDAF GTAHRAHSSM VGVNLPQKAG GFLMKKELNY FAKALESPER PFLAILGGAK VADKIQLINN MLDKVNEMII GGGMAFTFLK VLNNMEIGTS LYDEEGAKIV KDLMSKAEKN GVKITLPVDF VTADKFDENA KTGQATVASG IPAGWMGLDC GTESSKKYAE AVGRAKQIVW NGPVGVFEWE AFARGTKSLM DEVVKATSRG CITIIGGGDT ATCCAKWNTE DKVSHVSTGG GASLELLEGK VLPGVDALSN V. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PGK1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
