Human NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex, 10, 42kDa ELISA Kit | NDUFA10 elisa kit
Human NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 10, mitochondrial, NDUFA10 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the complex I 42kDA subunit family. Mammalian complex I is the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. It is composed of 45 different subunits. This protein is a component of the hydrophobic protein fraction and has NADH dehydrogenase activity and oxidoreductase activity. It transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
NDUFA10: Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. Belongs to the complex I NDUFA10 subunit family.

Product Notes
The Human NDUFA10 ndufa10 (Catalog #AAA9340017) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9340017 ELISA Kit recognizes Human NDUFA10. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex, 10, 42kDa, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
