96 Well Clear Flat Bottom Microplate is needed.
Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors.
The sample preparation must be done on ice to prevent the enzyme inactivation, and the enzyme activity should be determined on the same day. avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
Ensure all reagents and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay.
The test tube used in the determination is strictly phosphorus-free. Avoiding phosphorus contamination is the key to the success of detection.
