AAA Biotech's IgG1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). FC/FACS: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
