Related Product Information for anti-NSF antibody
Mouse anti vesicle-fusing ATPase antibody, clone 9G7-3 recognizes vesicle-fusing ATPase also known as NEM-sensitive fusion protein or NSF.

Vesicle-fusing ATPase is a member of the hydrolase protein family, which play an essential role in vesicle-mediated transport. This enzyme acts within the Golgi cisternae by catalyzing the fusion of transport vesicles as well as delivering cargo proteins to all Golgi compartments. Vesicle-fusing ATPase is also essential for facilitating transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi body itself.

Uniprot Description

Required for vesicle-mediated transport. Catalyzes the fusion of transport vesicles within the Golgi cisternae. Is also required for transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi stack. Seems to function as a fusion protein required for the delivery of cargo proteins to all compartments of the Golgi stack independent of vesicle origin. Interaction with AMPAR subunit GRIA2 leads to influence GRIA2 membrane cycling ().

Product Notes

The NSF nsf (Catalog #AAA225377) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse anti Vesicle-fusing ATPase reacts with Human, Rat, Bovine, Hamster, Monkey, Pig, Mouse, Rabbit, Sheep and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Vesicle-fusing ATPase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NSF nsf for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Vesicle-fusing ATPase, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
