anti-Mouse TCR gamma delta Monoclonal Antibody
Hamster Anti-Mouse TCRgd-BIOT
The TCR gamma delta heterodimer of the CD3/T-cell receptor complex is clonotypic and consists of Ig-like variable and constant domains.1 It is expressed during thymopoiesis and on the small subpopulation of gamma delta TCRexpressing T lymphocytes in the periphery. The majority of T cells present in some epithelial tissues are gamma delta + and have limited receptor diversity.1, 2 The TCR gamma delta heterodimer recognizes peptide antigen bound to MHC antigens, and subsequent signal transduction mediated by the invariant chains leads to T cell activation.3 The monoclonal antibody UC7-13D5 is specific for the gamma delta heterodimer and plate-bound UC7-13D5 activates gamma delta TCR-bearing cells.4-7 This antibody does not react with alpha beta TCR-expressing T cells.

Product Notes
The TCR gamma delta (Catalog #AAA673499) is an Antibody produced from Armenian Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Hamster Anti-Mouse TCRgd-BIOT reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TCR gamma delta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry; Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections); Immunoprecipitation. Research Application(s): In vitro activation of gamma delta TCR-bearing cells In vivo depletion of gamma delta TCR-expressing T cells Flow Cytometry Suggested Dilution: <= 0.3 ug/10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TCR gamma delta for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TCR gamma delta, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
