Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
Immunogen
Mouse TCR, gamma, delta.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Related Product Information for anti-TCR, gamma, delta antibody
The TCR gamma, delta heterodimer of the CD3/T-cell receptor complex is clonotypic and consists of Ig-like variable and constant domains (1). It is expressed during thymopoiesis and on the small subpopulation of gamma, delta TCR-expressing T lymphocytes in the periphery. The majority of T cells present in some epithelial tissues are gamma, delta+ and have limited receptor diversity (1,2). The TCR gamma, delta heterodimer recognizes peptide antigen bound to MHC antigens, and subsequent signal transduction mediated by the invariant chains leads to T cell activation (3).

Product Notes

The TCR, gamma, delta (Catalog #AAA632745) is an Antibody produced from Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TCR, gamma, delta (T Cell Receptor) (Biotin) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TCR, gamma, delta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, In vitro activation of gamma/delta TCR-bearing cells, In vivo depletion of gamma/delta TCR-expressing T cells. Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.3ug/10e6 cells. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TCR, gamma, delta for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TCR, gamma, delta, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
