Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 2 muL or 5 muL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 ul staining volume or per 100 ul of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

PE/Cyanine7
Isotype Control
Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control (PE/Cy7 Conjugated)
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8 degree C and protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Related Product Information for anti-TCR gamma/delta antibody
CD49d is a 150 kD alpha integrin chain known as alpha4 integrin or VLA-4 alpha chain. It forms a heterodimer with either integrin beta1 (alpha4beta1, VLA-4) or beta7 (alpha4beta7). CD49d is expressed broadly on T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, thymocytes, eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and some non-hematopoietic cells, but not on normal red blood cells, platelets or neutrophils. VLA-4 binds to VCAM-1 (CD106) and fibronectin. alpha4beta7 is the receptor for VCAM-1 and MAdCAM-1. CD49d participates in mononuclear cell trafficking to endothelial sites of inflammation and has roles in cell-cell interactions and cell adhesion to extracellular matrices. CD49d is involved in lymphocyte migration, T cell activation, and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. CD49d is a marker to isolate pure populations of Treg cells due to its absence on Foxp3+ cells.

Product Notes

The TCR gamma/delta (Catalog #AAA2559070) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Human TCR gamma/delta Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated) [B1] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TCR gamma/delta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TCR gamma/delta for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TCR gamma/delta, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
