Mouse anti Guinea Pig T Lymphocytes, clone MsGp7, is pan reactive with guinea pig T lymphocytes (>95%) in lymph nodes, and does not react with B lymphocytes. It reacts with approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen, see Healey D.G. et al. for details. The functional significance of this antigen is currently unknown.
