Related Product Information for anti-Renal Cell Carcinoma, gp200-MR6 antibody
CD205, also known as DEC-205, is a 205kD integral membrane glycoprotein expressed at high levels by mouse dendritic cells and thymic epithelial cells. It is absent in bone marrow cells, all blood cells and freshly isolated macrophages from the peritoneal cavity. A subpopulation of the latter becomes positive in mice previously stimulated with thioglycollate. It is also absent on follicular dendritic cells of B cell follicles. Expressed at the cell surface of unfixed cells but can also be found in the cytoplasm of fixed cells.

Product Notes

The Renal Cell Carcinoma, gp200-MR6 (Catalog #AAA6004658) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Renal Cell Carcinoma, gp200-MR6 (CD205, CLEC13B, DEC-205, gp200 MR6, Lymphocyte Antigen 75, LY75, Podocalyxin) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Renal Cell Carcinoma, gp200-MR6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10-1:25. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Renal Cell Carcinoma, gp200-MR6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Renal Cell Carcinoma, gp200-MR6, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
