Related Product Information for anti-Macrophages mature antibody
Product Description: The monoclonal antibody 25F9 recognises a protein of 86 kD on the cell surface and within the cytoplasm of mature macrophages. The antibody is associated with fully differentiated tissue macrophages both in normal and in diseased tissues, independently of the presence or absence of inflammation. The antigen is absent on freshly isolated monocytes and other blood cells. After 6 to 7 days culture human monocytes become positive. Some melanoma and carcinoma cell lines are also positive. Furthermore the monoclonal antibody 25F9 cross reacts with a subpopulation of macrophages of rhesus monkey, pig alveolar macrophages and Kupffer cells. The monoclonal antibody 25F9 is very useful for macrophage phenotyping.

The Macrophages mature, Human, mAb 25F9, Biotin reacts with Reactivity: Human. Cross reactivity: Rhesus monkey and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Macrophages mature can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, F, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), P, Western Blot (WB. Application Use: For immunohistology, flow cytometry and Western blotting, dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Macrophages mature for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Macrophages mature, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
