Purified monoclonal rat antibody

The IL17RB protein is a cytokine receptor. This receptor specifically binds to IL17B and IL17E (IL25), but does not bind to IL17A or IL17C (1, 2). This receptor has been shown to mediate the activation of NF-kappaB and the production of IL8 induced by IL17E (3,4). The expression of the rat counterpart of this gene was found to be significantly up-regulated during intestinal inflammation, which suggested the immunoregulatory activity of this receptor. This antibody is recommended for applications under non-denaturing conditions.

Product Notes

The IL17RB il17rb (Catalog #AAA468049) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Interleukin-17 Receptor B (IL17RB) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), ELISA (EIA), C-ELISA (EIA). Flow Cytometry: 1.2 ug/10^6 cells ELISA: 1:200 - 1:400 C-ELISA: 1:200 - 1:400 For each application a titration should be performed to determine the optimal concentratio. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL17RB il17rb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interleukin-17 Receptor B (IL17RB), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
