Related Product Information for anti-FOXA2 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the forkhead class of DNA-binding proteins. These hepatocyte nuclear factors are transcriptional activators for liver-specific genes such as albumin and transthyretin, and they also interact with chromatin. Similar family members in mice have roles in the regulation of metabolism and in the differentiation of the pancreas and liver. This gene has been linked to sporadic cases of maturity-onset diabetes of the young. Transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.

Product Notes

The FOXA2 foxa2 (Catalog #AAA6236830) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FOXA2 (HNF3B, TCF3B, Forkhead Box A2, OTTHUMP00000030409, MGC19807, OTTHUMP00000030410, Hepatic Nuclear Factor-3-beta, Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 3, beta) (MaxLight 750) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FOXA2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FLISA, Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FOXA2 foxa2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FOXA2, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
