FceR1 alpha Recombinant Antibody | FceRIa recombinant antibody
Anti-FceR1 alpha [Mar-1]
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow-cytometry using the anti-FceR1 alpha antibody Mar-1 Mouse splenocytes were stained with anti-Fluorescein IgG antibody (4-4-20; isotype control, black line) or the rabbit IgG-chimeric version of Mar-1 at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.)

Publication Note: Describes the original use of this antibody in immunohistochemical analysis of epidermal sheets.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
Binds to the Fc region of immunoglobulins epsilon. High affinity receptor. Responsible for initiating the allergic response. Binding of allergen to receptor-bound IgE leads to cell activation and the release of mediators (such as histamine) responsible for the manifestations of allergy. The same receptor also induces the secretion of important lymphokines.

Product Notes
The FceRIa fcer1a (Catalog #AAA488485) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-FceR1 alpha [Mar-1] reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FceR1 alpha can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Deplete. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FceRIa fcer1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FceR1 alpha, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
