Mouse anti-Human Early Growth Response Protein 1 (EGR1) Monoclonal Antibody | anti-EGR1 antibody
Monoclonal Antibody to Early Growth Response Protein 1 (EGR1)
IHC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200
ICC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the EGR family of C2H2-type zinc-finger proteins. It is a nuclear protein and functions as a transcriptional regulator. The products of target genes it activates are required for differentitation and mitogenesis. Studies suggest this is a cancer suppressor gene. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2014]
Uniprot Description
EGR1: Transcriptional regulator. Recognizes and binds to the DNA sequence 5'-CGCCCCCGC-3'(EGR-site). Activates the transcription of target genes whose products are required for mitogenesis and differentiation. By growth factors. Belongs to the EGR C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.

The EGR1 egr1 (Catalog #AAA2111133) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Monoclonal Antibody to Early Growth Response Protein 1 (EGR1) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Early Growth Response Protein 1 (EGR1) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 0.2-2ug/mL; 1:500-5000 IHC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200 ICC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:50-200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EGR1 egr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Early Growth Response Protein 1 (EGR1), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
