Di-methyl-Histone H3.1 Recombinant Antibody | HIST1H3A recombinant antibody
Di-methyl-Histone H3.1 (K4) Antibody
ICC: 1:50-1:500
IF: 1:30-1:200
Western Blot (WB)
(Western BlotPositive WB detected in: Mouse brain tissue, Mouse heart tissueAll lanes: Di-methyl-Histone H3.1 (K4)antibody at 0.55ug/mlSecondaryGoat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilutionPredicted band size: 15 KDaObserved band size: 15 KDa)
Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
(Immunocytochemistry analysis of MBS7110754 diluted at 1:100 and staining in Hela cells performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 degree C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with MBS7110754 at 1:34, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4 degree C.The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).)
Testing Data
(Overlay histogram showing Hela cells stained with MBS7110754 (red line) at 1:50. The cells were fixed with 70% Ethylalcohol (18h) and then permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 for 2 min.The cells were then incubated in 1x PBS /10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by primary antibody for 1 h at 4 degree C.The secondary antibody used was FITC goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 1 h at 4 degree C. Control antibody (green line) was used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. This structure consists of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a nucleosome, an octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a replication-dependent histone that is a member of the histone H3 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails; instead, they contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is found in the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6p22-p21.3. Uniprot Description
Core component of nucleosome. Nucleosomes wrap and compact DNA into chromatin, limiting DNA accessibility to the cellular machineries which require DNA as a template. Histones thereby play a central role in transcription regulation, DNA repair, DNA replication and chromosomal stability. DNA accessibility is regulated via a complex set of post-translational modifications of histones, also called histone code, and nucleosome remodeling.

The HIST1H3A hist1h3a (Catalog #AAA7110754) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Di-methyl-Histone H3.1 (K4) Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Di-methyl-Histone H3.1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:500-1:2000 ICC: 1:50-1:500 IF: 1:30-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HIST1H3A hist1h3a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Di-methyl-Histone H3.1, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
