Mouse anti-Human, Mouse DACT3 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-DACT3 antibody
DACT3 antibody
Recommended starting dilution is 1:250.
For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Western Blot (WB)
(Cell lysates of mouse brain and 293T (50ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human DACT3 (1:250). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Paraffin embedded sections of human gastric cancer tissue were incubated with anti-human DACT3 (1:50) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB))
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
May be involved in regulation of intracellular signaling pathways during development. Specifically thought to play a role in canonical and/or non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways through interaction with DSH (Dishevelled) family proteins.

Product Notes
The DACT3 dact3 (Catalog #AAA200125) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DACT3 antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DACT3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), WB (Tissue, Cell lysate), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). WB: 1:250 ~ 500. Recommended starting dilution is 1:250. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DACT3 dact3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DACT3, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
