Suitable for use in ELISA and Blocking Studies.
Dilution: ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/ml when used as a capture reagent in a human Cripto-1 sandwich immunoassay in combination with biotinylated, human Cripto-1 (C7922-10) as the detection antibody and recombinant human Cripto-1 (C7922-10D) as the standard.
Blockade of Receptor-Ligand Interaction: 0.1-0.5ug/ml results in 50% inhibition. Blocks >80% of the binding of 75ng/ml of recombinant human Cripto-1 to immobilized recombinant human Activin RIB (100ul of a 2ug/ml solution was coated in each well) in a functional ELISA.
