Mouse anti Bovine CD8 antibody, clone CC63 reacts with the bovine CD8 antigen expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes. The antibody precipitates molecules of 34kD and 38kD under reducing conditions.Clone CC63 has been reported as being suitbale for use on formalin dichromate (FD5)fixed paraffin embedded tissue with amplification and antigen retrieval techniques .
Purified IgG - liquid
Use 10 uL of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100 ul.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

The MOUSE ANTI BOVINE CD8 reacts with Reacts with: Sheep, Goat N.B. Antibody reactivity and working conditions may vary between species. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD8 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistology Paraffin. Flow Cytometry: 1/50 Use 10 uL of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100 ul. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD8 cd8a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD8, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
