Related Product Information for anti-TNFRSF8 antibody
CD30, also known as TNFRSF8, is a cell membrane protein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. CD30 protein is expressed by activated, but not resting, T and B cells. CD30 can regulate proliferation of lymphocytes and may also play an important role in human immunodeficiency virus replication. As a regulator of apoptosis, CD30 protein induces cell death or proliferation, depending on the cell type, and has been shown to limit the proliferative potential of autoreactive CD8 effector T cells and protect the body against autoimmunity. CD30 protein expression is upregulated in various hematological malignancies, including Reed-Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's disease (HD), anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and subsets of Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHLs), and CD30 is also linked to leukocytes in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, including lupus erythematosus, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and atopic dermatitis (AD).

Product Notes
The TNFRSF8 tnfrsf8 (Catalog #
AAA8103885) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CD30/TNFRSF8 Antibody (PE), Mouse Monoclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD30/TNFRSF8 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS/FCM). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFRSF8 tnfrsf8 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of
"CD30/TNFRSF8, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of
the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always
suggest centrifuging these vials
to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to
opening. Please be advised that
certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an
additional dry ice fee may also be
required.
