Related Product Information for anti-CD210 antibody
CD210 is a 90-110 kD IL-10 receptor. It is a class II cytokine receptor expressed on thymocytes, T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes and macrophages. Ligand binding of CD210 induces Jak1 and Tyk, resulting in STAT1 and STAT3 activation. IL-10 receptor stimulation results in the inhibition of cytokine production and the costimulation of B cell proliferation and differentiation. The only known ligand for this receptor is IL-10.

Uniprot Description

IL10RA: a receptor for interleukin 10 structurally related to interferon receptors. Mediates the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. This receptor is reported to promote survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of this receptor leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases.

Protein type: Receptor, cytokine; Membrane protein, integral

Cellular Component: membrane; integral to membrane; plasma membrane

Molecular Function: interleukin-10 binding; interleukin-10 receptor activity

Biological Process: cytokine and chemokine mediated signaling pathway

Product Notes

The CD210 il10ra (Catalog #AAA2558279) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AF/LE Purified Anti-Mouse CD210 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD210 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Western Blot (WB), Block. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is <= 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or 100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD210 il10ra for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD210, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
