Rat anti-Mouse CCR7 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-CCR7 antibody
Anti-CCR7 [4B12]
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of fixed RAW264.7 cells with anti-CCR7 antibody 4B12 (MBS488776) Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed RAW264.7 cells on Shi-fix coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 4B12 (MBS488776) at 10ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom MBS488776, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (MBS488149) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.)
This antibody was raised by immunizing rats with mouse CCR7 antigen.

Product Notes
The CCR7 ccr7 (Catalog #AAA488777) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CCR7 [4B12] reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CCR7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Functional Assay (FA). This antibody was used for flow cytometry and the staining quality can be improved by incubation at 37 degree C (Britschgi et al, 2008). This antibody is widely used to monitor the activation of dendritic cells in mice (Ohl et al, 2004; Ritter et al, 2004; Zhao et al, 2019). It was also utilized in immunoprecipitation of the CCR7 receptor protein (Ritter et al, 2004). The antibody does not interfere with ligands binding to the CCR7 receptor, which was confirmed by a transmigration assay (Ritter et al, 2004). It does not interfere with T-cell migration (Ritter et al, 2004). The antibody also is not agonistic as it does not activate the receptor (Ritter et al, 2004). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCR7 ccr7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCR7, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
