Mouse anti-Human Apolipoprotein H (APOH) Monoclonal Antibody | anti-APOH antibody
Monoclonal Antibody to Apolipoprotein H (APOH)
IHC: 5-30ug/mL
ICC: 5-30ug/mL
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Apolipoprotein H has been implicated in a variety of physiologic pathways including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the production of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. APOH may be a required cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by the antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of many patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, but it does not seem to be required for the reactivity of antiphospholipid autoantibodies associated with infections. Product Notes
The APOH apoh (Catalog #AAA2111539) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Monoclonal Antibody to Apolipoprotein H (APOH) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Apolipoprotein H (APOH) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 0.5-5ug/mL IHC: 5-30ug/mL ICC: 5-30ug/mL. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the APOH apoh for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Thr22~Cys3 45. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Apolipoprotein H (APOH), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
