Rat Histone acetyltransferase KAT5, KAT5 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
human homolog facilitates Myc-induced histone acetylation [RGD, Feb 2006]
Uniprot Description
Tip60: a histone acetyl transferase (HAT) of the MYST family. Originally isolated as an HIV-1 TAT-interactive protein. Plays an important role in regulating chromatin remodeling, transcription and other nuclear processes by acetylating nuclear proteins. Plays a role in DNA repair and apoptosis. Three splice variants have been described.

Product Notes
The Rat KAT5 kat5 (Catalog #AAA9337685) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9337685 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat KAT5. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "K (lysine) acetyltransferase 5, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
