NCBI Description

The protein encoded by this gene contains two double-stranded RNA binding domains and functions in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It is a component of an RNA-protein complex that may be involved in mediating the export of messenger RNAs. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms. These isoforms are grouped into two categories, NFAR-1 or NFAR-2, based on variation at the C-terminus. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2013]

Uniprot Description

NFAT90: a double-stranded RNA (dsRNA)-binding protein implicated in the regulation of gene expression . Phosphorylated in a double-stranded RNA-dependent manner possibly by PKR. Five different splice-variant isoforms have been described.

Product Notes

The Canine IL-35 ilf3 (Catalog #AAA031881) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA031881 ELISA Kit recognizes Canine IL-35. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interleukin 35, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
