RANKL is an osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T-cell proliferation. Important regulator of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells and may play a role in the regulation of the T-cell-dependent immune response. RANKL plays an important role in the progression of Breast cancer.

The amino acid sequence is listed below: Mouse RANKL (aa 157-316) is fused to at the N-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Fc:RANKL, Soluble, Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
