Human Receptor I For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin G (FcGRI) ELISA Kit | FcGRI elisa kit
Human Receptor I For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin G (FcGRI) ELISA Kit
* Allow all reagents to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before opening.
* Pre-rinse the pipet tip with reagent, use fresh pipet tips for each sample, standard and reagent to avoid contamination.
* Unused wells must be kept desiccated at 4 degree C in the sealed bag provided.
* Mix Thoroughly is very important for the result. It is recommended using low frequency oscillator or slight hand shaking every 10 minutes.
* It is recommended that all samples and standards be assayed in duplicate or triplicate.
Background: CD64 is a type of integral membrane glycoprotein known as an Fc receptor that binds monomeric IgG-type antibodies with high affinity. It is more commonly known as Fc-gamma receptor 1 (Fc gamma RI). After binding IgG, CD64 interacts with an accessory chain known as the common gamma chain (gamma chain), which possesses an ITAM motif that is necessary for triggering cellular activation.Structurally CD64 is composed of a signal peptide that allows its transport to the surface of a cell, three extracellular immunoglobulin domains of the C2-type that it uses to bind antibody, a hydrophobic transmembrane domain, and a short cytoplasmic tail.CD64 is constitutively found on only macrophages and monocytes, but treatment of polymorphonuclear leukocytes with cytokines like IFN gamma; and G-CSF can induce CD64 expression on these cells.

Product Notes
The Human FcGRI (Catalog #AAA9716289) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9716289 ELISA Kit recognizes Human FcGRI. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Receptor I For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin G (FcGRI), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
