Human Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase Regulatory Subunit 4 (PIK3R4) ELISA Kit | PIK3R4 elisa kit
Human Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase Regulatory Subunit 4 (PIK3R4) ELISA Kit
* Allow all reagents to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before opening.
* Pre-rinse the pipet tip with reagent, use fresh pipet tips for each sample, standard and reagent to avoid contamination.
* Unused wells must be kept desiccated at 4 degree C in the sealed bag provided.
* Mix Thoroughly is very important for the result. It is recommended using low frequency oscillator or slight hand shaking every 10 minutes.
* It is recommended that all samples and standards be assayed in duplicate or triplicate.
Background: In yeast, the vps15 gene product is a 150-kD serine/threonine kinase that forms a complex with a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, vps34 (PIK3C3); in human this complex is involved in protein trafficking. By screening a cDNA library, Panaretou et al. (1997) cloned the homolog of the yeast vps15 gene, which they termed p150. The p150 cDNA encodes a predicted polypeptide of 1,358 amino acids. The amino acid sequence is 29.6% identical to that of yeast vps15 protein. Northern blot analysis revealed that the p150 gene is ubiquitously expressed as a 5.5-kb transcript. Panaretou et al. (1997) found that the p150 gene interacts with PIK3C3 in vivo.

Product Notes
The Human PIK3R4 pik3r4 (Catalog #AAA9716020) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9716020 ELISA Kit recognizes Human PIK3R4. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase Regulatory Subunit 4 (PIK3R4), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
