Human Leucine-Rich Repeat, Immunoglobulin-Like Domain And Transmembrane Domain-Containing Protein 3 (LRIT3) ELISA Kit | LRIT3 elisa kit
Human Leucine-Rich Repeat, Immunoglobulin-Like Domain And Transmembrane Domain-Containing Protein 3 (LRIT3) ELISA Kit
* Allow all reagents to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before opening.
* Pre-rinse the pipet tip with reagent, use fresh pipet tips for each sample, standard and reagent to avoid contamination.
* Unused wells must be kept desiccated at 4 degree C in the sealed bag provided.
* Mix Thoroughly is very important for the result. It is recommended using low frequency oscillator or slight hand shaking every 10 minutes.
* It is recommended that all samples and standards be assayed in duplicate or triplicate.
Background: LRIT3 Contains 1 fibronectin type-III domain.Contains 1 Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain.Contains 4 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats.Contains 1 LRRCT domain. A leucine-rich repeat (LRR) is a protein structural motif that forms an alpha/beta horseshoe fold.[1][2] It is composed of repeating 20-30 amino acid stretches that are unusually rich in the hydrophobic amino acid leucine. Typically, each repeat unit has beta strand-turn-alpha helix structure, and the assembled domain, composed of many such repeats, has a horseshoe shape with an interior parallel beta sheet and an exterior array of helices. One face of the beta sheet and one side of the helix array are exposed to solvent and are therefore dominated by hydrophilic residues.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a protein that has a fibronectin type III domain and a C-terminal transmembrane domain, as well as a leucine-rich repeat domain and immunoglobulin-like domain near the N-terminus. The encoded protein may regulate fibroblast growth factor receptors and affect the modification of these receptors, which are glycosylated differently in the Golgi and endoplasmic reticulum. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital stationary night blindness, type 1F. [provided by RefSeq, May 2013]

Product Notes
The Human LRIT3 lrit3 (Catalog #AAA9716035) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9716035 ELISA Kit recognizes Human LRIT3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Leucine-Rich Repeat, Immunoglobulin-Like Domain And Transmembrane Domain-Containing Protein 3 (LRIT3), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
