Test Principle
This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate INTS10 in samples. An antibody specific for INTS10 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyINTS10 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for INTS10 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of INTS10 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8 degree C. Please refer to Instruction Manual.

NCBI Description

INTS10 is a subunit of the Integrator complex, which associates with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II large subunit (POLR2A; MIM 180660) and mediates 3-prime end processing of small nuclear RNAs U1 (RNU1; MIM 180680) and U2 (RNU2; MIM 180690) (Baillat et al., 2005 [PubMed 16239144]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]

Uniprot Description

INTS10: Component of the Integrator complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. The Integrator complex is associated with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II largest subunit (POLR2A) and is recruited to the U1 and U2 snRNAs genes. Belongs to the Integrator subunit 10 family.

Product Notes

The Human INTS10 ints10 (Catalog #AAA2802176) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2802176 ELISA Kit recognizes Human INTS10. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Integrator complex subunit 10 (INTS10), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
