0.058ng/mL.
Intra-assay Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level GHSR were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-assay Precision
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level GHSR were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate. CV(%) = SD/meanX100. Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Preparation and Storage
The stability of kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Related Product Information for GITR elisa kit
Intended Uses: The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of GHSR in rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Principle of the Assay: The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to GHSR. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to GHSR. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain GHSR, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm +/- 10nm. The concentration of GHSR in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Uniprot Description

TNFRSF18: Receptor for TNFSF18. Seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. Mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Protein type: Receptor, cytokine; Apoptosis

Cellular Component: membrane; integral to plasma membrane; integral to membrane; plasma membrane; extracellular region; external side of plasma membrane

Product Notes

The Human GITR tnfrsf18 (Catalog #AAA2021934) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2021934 ELISA Kit recognizes Human GITR. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Glucocorticoid Induced Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor (GITR), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
