This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and quick experiment set up.
To measure Human CXCL10, add standards and samples to the wells, then add antibody cocktail. Wash the wells with PBS or TBS buffer, and add TMB. TMB is substrate to HRP and will be catalyzed to produce a blue color product, which changes into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of the yellow product is linearly proportional to Human CXCL10 in the sample. Read the density of the yellow product in each well using a plate reader, and benchmark the sample wells' readings against the standard curve to determine the concentration of Human CXCL10 in the sample.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a chemokine of the CXC subfamily and ligand for the receptor CXCR3. Binding of this protein to CXCR3 results in pleiotropic effects, including stimulation of monocytes, natural killer and T-cell migration, and modulation of adhesion molecule expression. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The Human CXCL10 cxcl10 (Catalog #AAA1753928) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA1753928 ELISA Kit recognizes Human CXCL10. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CXCL10/IP-10, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
