Human Adenylyl Cyclase Associated Protein 1 (CAP1) ELISA Kit | CAP1 elisa kit
Human Adenylyl Cyclase Associated Protein 1 (CAP1) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Adenylyl Cyclase Associated Protein 1 (CAP1) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is related to the S. cerevisiae CAP protein, which is involved in the cyclic AMP pathway. The human protein is able to interact with other molecules of the same protein, as well as with CAP2 and actin. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2016]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The Human CAP1 cap1 (Catalog #AAA2703217) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2703217 ELISA Kit recognizes Human CAP1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Adenylyl Cyclase Associated Protein 1 (CAP1), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
