Related Product Information for A3/ADORA3 elisa kit
Principle of the Assay: This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti- A3/ADORA3 antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the biotin conjugated anti-A3/ADORA3 antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and wash with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the A3/ADORA3 amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of A3/ADORA3 can be calculated.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the family of adenosine receptors, which are G-protein-coupled receptors involved in a variety of intracellular signaling pathways and physiological functions. Studies of orthologous proteins suggest that the receptor encoded by this gene mediates a sustained cardioprotective function during cardiac ischemia, it is involved in the inhibition of neutrophil degranulation in neutrophil-mediated tissue injury, it may have neuroprotective and neurodegenerative effects, and it may also mediate cell proliferation and cell death. This gene shares its 5' terminal exon with some transcripts from overlapping GeneID:104564310, which encodes a transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein. Product Notes

The Human A3/ADORA3 (Catalog #AAA7607033) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA7607033 ELISA Kit recognizes Human A3/ADORA3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "A3/ADORA3 (Adenosine A3 Receptor), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
